First go to the main menu then go to Front Office then player editor. next find your favorite team and make alll the players at 99 rating ( it takes a long time but trust me its worth it) and then when your done get out of front office it will save automatically and then play a dynasty and pick the team that you upgraded and play with them in the seasons. now you have an ULTIMATE TEAM!
